The core of this site is how to let someone who was not web savvy edit and update the content on their own web site. We used Movable Type as the dynamic engine, so that the shop owners could post their upcoming speaking engagements and classes without having to pay the web developer.
Like so many projects, the clients' scope changed once they saw how easy it was to update the site. The original navigation and structure was tossed aside once they understood how the blogging software could work for them. The site went a little more "patchwork-y" before I could tweak the design to allow for the new use of the site.
